Monday: Feeds Update + Schedule (UPDATED)

 **FEEDS BLACKOUT UNTIL 9pm BBT TUESDAY NIGHT**

Updated Tuesday @ 5:03am BBT:
It's rumored that Paul won HOH yesterday and Victor was evicted, though we won't have confirmation until the feeds come back on tonight.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Happy Monday, y'all! We are just a short 10 days away from this brutal BB season coming to an end. Seems like it'll never end, I swear. lol Anyway, let's get caught up on what's been going on.
Paul/Victor are on the block. Nicole won veto and did NOT use it yesterday. (The BB schedule is thrown off due to the new scheduling around NFL football.) Victor is going to jury today (yes, there's an eviction today) and that will leave James/Nicole/Corey VS Paul. Victor is aware he's leaving.
James is still hyper-focused on winning America's Favorite Player, as he has been all season long. It's weird because he's been more focused on that, then actually playing/winning the game. All the vets got a big bonus (I've heard different amounts, ranging from $25k-$50k) for returning this season, in addition to their weekly $1k stipend ($13k), plus Nicole/James promised to gift each other $10k if they win BB18, so I guess adding $25k (AFP) to all that would equal roughly around $75k'ish. Not bad for doing jack-shit all summer. Maybe he's onto something. *shrugs*
Speaking of gifting money, James/Nicole (again) confirmed to each other yesterday that they are still gifting each other money if they win this season, which is a huge no-no in BB. Feeds cut as soon as James mentioned this again yesterday.
At 2:48pm BBT yesterday, Nicole "joked" to Corey/James about already having a F2 deal with James, but then says she was referring to what the megaphone message said last week.
Corey: "Good for you guys."
Nicole: "Kiiidding. Definitely kidding." (*Yea right.)
Moving on...
Nicole/Corey/James are in a F3 (with Nicole/James in a pre-season final 2), so she's sitting pretty right now.
In other news (and I retweeted it on Friday), Nicole admitted on cam to Corey/James that BB helped her out in the veto comp last week by telling her that the key in the drain floats. She said she had no clue because she's never seen a boat key before. So that's awesome.
Now that NFL Football Season is here, the BB18 schedule is totally out whack, so here's the breakdown of everything...
BB18 Remaining Schedule:
*Monday Morning:
BB is gonna tape the HG's (likely arts & crafts boring stuff as they do every year and then air it tonight on After Dark, since today is another eviction, which will air tomorrow night (Tues).
*Tuesday:
Last Veto Comp of BB18 will be played.
Tuesday Night is another BB18 episode.
*Wednesday:
Live eviction, Final HOH Comp (Part 1-Endurance) begins.
*Friday:
"Remember when.." episode.
*Weds Sept 21st:
Finale @ 9:30pm ET
(1 week off, then..)
*Wednesday Sept 28th:
BB: Over the Top begins!
**And that's it for this feeds update post! If you wanna watch the Part 1 HOH Endurance Comp and be ready for this Falls online-only BB season (starting on the 28th this month), then go snag up your live feeds! This season is pretty much dead at this point, but at least you're be able to watch the endurance comp and be ready for BB's next season in just a couple of weeks. lol :P
So will feeds go down today? And if so, when will they come back up?
ZzZzZzZ.....
*Shakes awake* What did I miss? Oh, still nothing.... Okay. Back to sleep.
Jamie said...
I never got an email from CBS saying that the feeds would be blacked out or not, so I'm not 100% sure. Other years, they have blacked out today. So it's 50/50 right now.
Angelface said...
Thank you Jamie!
Deal before show on returning vets, or deal made in show? Do we think that's never happen, take Jeff & Jorden of course pre game deal, Rachele and Branden, for sure. So, I really don't know if I care. And E-Dick & Danielle. It's been done before, Chill town.
I know it's a tv show and they have to make it entertaining but I really don't like the bigger role production has been taking. That competition of giving hints really stinks this late in the game. the ONLY way it is fair is if everyone got the very same hints. This may go down in history as the most boring group of finalists ever!!!
Amy said...
I hope Paul wins HOH, I don't give a flying F about the other 3 who spent all season doing nothing.
Angelface said...
They hinted for all of them, I don't know what rules they used. But as long as all had hints then it's probably equal, and they can ask questions before the comp starts,
I think all 18 final 6-5-4 has been boring, even worse when they only kept 5-4 the whole week, I have to say, boring as usual, but at least they kept them I. Til now. Thank goodness.
Does it really matter of your alliance is made pre game or during the game? No! Never liked Evil Dick - think he truly lives up to both parts of his name. He dragged his snotty daughter to final two. They both reminded me of people who might be big wigs in a trailer park (no offense meant to anyone living in a trailer park), but no where else.
However worst season for me was Season 15 with so many contestants admitted to being on psychotropic drugs. Stopped watching that season but read later that Ragedy Andy won.
I agree 100% Amy.
Nana/bblvr said...
This may be a totally stupid question but are they going to redecorate that BB house before BBOTT starts.
Andy Tatnall said...
Yes, I think it does matter about having pre-show alliances. This show is best when it's a bunch of complete strangers starting from the same position. Giving yourself an advantage before the show begins breaks the formula a little. I for one dislike it. And honestly I wish they'd just stop bringing vets on the show for a little while, especially ones who weren't competitive in their original seasons and are brought back more for their personalities than their gameplay.
Incendiary said...
Lol Brenda where is your source? I'm genuinely curious as I've only found anything on BB Israel... And yes, it SHOULD matter if the alliance occurs outside the house. It's clearly an advantage they had over the rest of the house.
So much for production not interfering.
Also Nana/bblvr I WONDERED THE SAME THING but as long as it doesn't look like the BB16 house I guess I'm happy.
Ashlee Lopez said...
Having an alliance outside the house was a brilliant idea!! They were good at keeping it a secret and look at how far it got them.. everyone is complaining that this season is "boring" but it's not! IF tiffany woulda stayed everyone would be b****en about the season being just like vanessas.... to me Nicole an james did very well at keeping the target off their backs!
Unknown said...
@incendiary - What do you mean "what is your source?" my source is this blog and what Jaime posted today - she posted a quote from Evil Dick where he stated it was a pre game alliance. I was responding to that. Perhaps you should read the blog before you move onto the comments section.
I don't think it is any kind of advantage to make a pre game alliance as there were only four returning veterans who could have been kicked out swiftly and soundly if the newbies had been smart and cohesive, which they weren't. Was it an advantage that Paulie's bro, Cody, made it to second place and that winner Derrick coached Paulie before the season started? Not really.
Unknown said...
Corey is a complete idiot if he chooses who to take to final two and he takes Nicole over James. That's when you say "I fucked you over, now I'm fucking you over".
Who cares what Evel Dick's opinion is? That no talent hack menace is irrelevant. James wasn't worried because Nicorey told him he didn't have to worry, even James knew what their best move was, breaking up the sitting ducks, with Vic going home, because he couldn't play for HOH. Duhhhhhh. You don't have to be a pot-banging a$$hole to figure that one out.
@Brenda, the fact that James and Nicole knew that they would be on Big Brother together is scandalous enough. Obviously, siblings and spouses would know if they would be on together, but you're not allowed to discuss being a contestant on a show without the network's permission. That's why they're sequestered before even entering the house. Participants of game shows and reality shows aren't allowed to discuss the goings-on of the show until after it airs, even if that means having to stay silent about it for months. James and Nicole were blabbing about it to each other and to past contestants (Derrick and Cody). And they're still promising each other money, after being told by production that this isn't allowed! When are they going to get penalized?
I just can't believe CBS would rig this season this much, mere weeks before they want is to pay for an online only season. So many people aren't even going to make it to finale night. Im not watching next season.
Agree, Brenda, what difference does it make if they made a pre-show deal or if they made it on Day 1? They could have talked about all their plans on Day 1 anyway. I gotta agree that it wasn't fair that they (as well as Derrick/Cody) knew ahead of time who was going to be on the show and could talk/coach the vets.
But, they newbies started out going to get out the vets and they didn't, so whose fault is it that they're still there? Nicole and James both laid low so people wouldn't target them. I'd say that was the best way for them to play knowing the vets would be the biggest targets. It shouldn't take a vet to realize that. Look at Day and Frank who were too assertive.
I really wish they hadn't given ANY clues in the comp. Some of the people knew it was a floating key and weren't given info on that so it wasn't equal advantages. Maybe the HG's were given some of the same info, who knows? But, let all the people muddle through and if they don't get the job done, so be it.
It's my understanding from some things that Paulie said that Derrick coached both Paulie and James, but that Derrick had told Paulie everything he said to James and not vice versa. But that coaching did not help Paulie win because his personality got in the way. It may have helped James get this far. Derrick played a low let game.
Paul tried to organize the newbies against the vets, which was smart, but that was immediately undermined by Zakiya who felt an immediate connection with DaVonne.
If there was a pre-game alliance, I am honestly not bothered by it either. Like someone else mentioned, they could have made the deal day 1 in the house and wouldn't make any difference if it was then or before coming into the house. Plus, as others have also mentioned, it's been done before. Fact of the matter is, having a pre-game deal doesn't guarantee it will work. Still got to execute it. Plus, there have been some strangers who made alliance in the very beginning of the season that did very well despite being strangers (Danielle and Jason, Dan and Memphis, Derek and Cody). Jace and Diane knew each other before all-stars and were secretly working together (can't remember if that was pre-game deal or not), but that got them no where. Both were out before jury. Means nothing unless you know how to execute it. If James and Nicole have that deal, they've been able to execute it well. I'm sure some will disagree, but that's just how I see it.
Also, as discussed in the previous post, I am also not bothered by the backstabbing and going back on deals. Many are complaining that this season is boring. Those are some of the things that make things a little more exciting for some of us. Someone mentioned it happening to Kaysar before. Maybe that's why it doesn't bother me. I was very happy when Jennifer backdoored Kaysar even after promising not to put him up during the HOH comp. It was his fault for giving her the win. She saw a golden opportunity and took her shot! Maybe I was just too happy to care that she went back on her word? I don't know!
Also, can't help but wonder if all the contestants got help on the MacGyver comp because Big Brother knew they were not MacGyver material and was afraid the comp times would have been way too long. :p It is the kind of comp they probably wanted to see faster times on, but I think it would have been hilarious if the fastest comp time was closer to an hour! :)
Anonymous said...
Joy, the MacGyver comp had a time limit so they couldn't go too long. Remember when the time ran out, if they weren't out, they got blown up? You're right, it could have been a long comp otherwise.
Angelface said...
The time for the comp was based on the first player, which was Natalie's time, they had to beat hers.
And those of you jumping on Brenda, read back, I posted the many couples and duos that had pre game deals.
Here's the thing, it's not your show, and it's not your roles, BB does what they want. We can think conspiracy if we want. But after 18 years, one thing you can count on, is BB will do what they want. And they don't seam to care how any of us feel.
Victoria Stairz said...
Nana/bblvr, you and I are on the same page!!! I always care more about the set decoration and art department than the people in the game. I love seeing the giant ice cream cones, Santa Villages, and crazy comp themes. I think I missed my calling; I should have been a set decorator rather than a teacher. Lol
Dianne said...
@Victoria As a retired teacher I would like to say you are a set director, your classroom is your set!
I am one of the non believers re the J/Nic pre game alliance. For what it's worth, Nicole's mom tweeted that it's not true & Nic had no idea James was going to be on BB18.
Angelface said...
@Dianne, thank you, I know she will take Corey if she can.
Hoping its Nicole's HOH, I don't mind Vets in the game, I've gotten used to it, When I saw Rachelle come in the 2nd time, if it wasn't for Jeff & Jorden being there I would have stopped watching that year. Her first year almost made me crazy, thanking whoever invented fast forward. Which I did use on Natalie and Meech a lot.
I don't think lil Pauls head can take the win with humility. It's like a bad feeling or the 2nd coming of Evil-dick Jr, LOL!
And I also agree they should stop sending them back in. But there are years that vets have improved the show. Frank should have been better and would have been more fun to watch. say la vie. Ether do reunion year, or all new.
Sorry, I did not see the Rules, came out roles.
Angelface said...
Another thing they do is look for a mix of OMG mental patients and big jocks, pretty & Hansom, and usually a odd bird. Joza took the odd bird prize, thank all the gods he went first.
I did not hate Paulie, but his arrogance was huge. Would have liked to see Meech go before Day.
This is where I doubt they control much, all the people that would have been entertaining and there were only a few got kicked, I think again Frank went to early, they could have told him to stop running his mouth or he'd be next, And Paulie and James were stupid to let Victor stay. That I call the biggest dumbest move in the game. Never do you ever keep a returned to one of your alliance member specially if one claims to control him. Stupid!
I can't say much about the girls, Day should have stayed on the wall, and so should have Bridgett. At that point after seeing the way girls were flying out, bad move. Well I guess maybe they just didn't realise yet, only Tiffany and Bronte had been gone then.
As for watching the next one, I can't the fact CBS is holding the show on line, and you can't use Hulu or any other option then to pay only for CBS, unless there is a way to combo with all my other sites. Can't this year. Would love to see it, Dtv and Hulu,iTunes Netflix, pfft there should be a lower fee, or a combo option? If there is please share.
@angelface- agree with your assessments. Also won't be watching online.
Callejera said...
So sad to hear Vic is gone. Please let it be true Paul is HOH! #TeamPaul I hope he evicts Nicole and the last 2 standing are James and Paul. Hopefully! Ugh...yea this season was terrible. Only saving grace was looking at Victor! hahaha But now that he is gone....ugh. :( Well.......hopefully this next season will be pretty interesting. I dont know that I will be watching online.....but maybe. :)
Unknown said...
nicole is def going to F3...both james and corey will vote her to stay or she'll be the one voting. i hope corey goes..that will give paul a better chance in F3. unfortunately i see production somehow helping nicole to win because it's been a while since a female has won.
Angelface said...
I think she will remain in the game, one of the 2 can easy get veto, they sure have proven they can. And Paul may get one out but he still has to win final HOH to choose. And I don't think that is going to be as easy as he thinks.
Smart move try to get Corey out, but if he or Nicole win veto it's James. Paul does not need the veto, what does he care right now, odds he is good and knows he's 3, so he will just let those 3 battle out. James don't seam to be playing.
Incendiary said...
I meant with the psychotropic drugs. Maybe you should read the whole comment before responding.
Unknown said...
Whoever gets the POV has the power tonight! Can't believe the season is almost over.
Anonymous said...
Paul won veto and leaving N/C on the block, with Corey the target. James is saying he will do what Paul wants since he's not using the veto. Paul wants to take Nicole to F2 then, not James, but Nicole is telling Corey she will take James to F2 as she doesn't think she can beat Paul. I would guess that James would also take Nicole to F2 so Paul's only hope is to do well in the F3 comps.
Angelface said...
Agreed Brenda, wonder when they will Play, maybe in the morning, and I do believe one of those two will pull it.
Did you hear her say 8 on the HOH count tie breaker, wondering how she got so high on number. 60 x 60 3600, I'm guessing it was slightly over an hour must have been closer to 1 hot 13 14 min, interesting combo for tie breaker tho. Lol she simply took 60 to 6000, bet she's feeling stupid. As a nurse you have to be able to count beets per sec. To funny! But I'd bet it's frustrating to be up there and maybe have your mind go blank.
Angelface said...
Chicket, when did they play for Veto?
Anonymous said...
Angel, just now looking at this. The veto was last evening and feeds came back on right after 9:00 if you want to watch it the conversations when they came back in.
