Jaimie in all these years has any house guest ever been caught getting a code or signal from the family. I just thought the other night that Corey's parents said to visualize the end so I thought that was some clue.

Mama B said...

I thought the same thing!! I thought that was a weird thing to say

Jamie said...

yea i caught that too. sounded like a code to me. it was the way she said it that caught me off guard.

Corey is a baseball coach and positive visualization is used a lot in sports psychology. Pretty sure that is why his parents said that to him.

Glad James is staying! Hopefully he'll start focusing on the game and pull out some wins!

OK - Can I first say those women and their hair extensions drive me crazy!!! I have always had long thick real hair and I never play with my hair like that!!!

I disliked Natalie and then I thought I liked her and then I really disliked her. I'm sorry to generalize here - but she is soooo a Jersey girl (paulie was right about that). - sorry other jersey women out there!

Please let Paul or maybe James win the hoh - I really want one of the Nicorey out - corey really seemed to be chugging along though on tv - he does have long legs which lets him go quicker than everyone elsee - although I would think they have atrophied (sp?) from laying in the bed all season.

LoL @ Raz, from the hair to Natalie, now that was a total full of herself from beginning to end tonight.
Now is it me or is BB just wasting time, I'd rather see the HOH comp then see the jury, or hear Julie talk up all the hoopla.
Thursday shows have been kinda boring last few weeks.

Natalie is a snake. She threw James under the bus, then denied it to Julie and acts all ditzy and innocent. But if you watch the clip again she went to talk to Paul and Victor in a calculated and intelligent manner and they knew what she did.

To me, Natalie is a deviant personality - Julie gave her a chance to own her strategy and Natalie still acts as if she didn't campaign against him and she might like James romantically. Snake.

FEMily! said...

Natalie campaigned James to stay more often than saying she shouldn't have trusted him, even though she could have really thrown him under the bus. Natalie was always the stronger, more prideful player in that duo. James is a total floater. If Natalie is full of herself, then James is overflowing with himself,

And Raz, what's a jersey girl? Don't apologize for generalizing and then not even support your own opinion. It makes you sound like you don't know what you're talking about.

Yes! Corey loving it's! Betting Paul and James go up, Paul target but they won't tell Victor.

Unknown said...

They have to nominate Victor & Paul. If they nominate [Victor or Pau] & James - if the one who's not nominated wins veto and takes the other off the block, Corey would be forced to nominate Nicole and Victor & Paul would vote her out....

DeniseG said...

The current mp is over. Who won?

DeniseG said...

Never mind. Season is over

Angelface said...

They will act like they are fallowing the final 4, to put Victor up would freak Paul out. Its possible, But yeah I see they have to put up Vic & Paul. Dammit.

I remember Nicole asking Corey if he was some kind of genius or something. He said no. I went back and looked at the veto comp in slow motion. He entered the room, looked to his right and scanned from right to left, including the floor, all the way around to his far left and looked at the door where he entered. He then scanned left to right more slowly, the walls the floor, all the way back to the door. Then he scanned from his right to looking at the walls and stopped at the pipe. He very well could have seen the floor grate and "key holes" in his scan and then saw the "key". All in all it took him around a minute from the time he entered the room until he entered the next room. It didn't appear as though he was "prepped" otherwise he would have stopped at the pipe when he first entered.

I agree about the hair extensions. Natalie even has fake hair, LOL. I also agree that she is cute with no make up. She looks better without all that makeup. Haven't seen the show yet on the west coast yet.

I can't imagine production giving him that much help because the show would be over if that was going on.

Re the POV comp, if you look up Heath Luman on Twitter he is connected to Big Brother & he tweeted that all the players got hints. Since they ALL got hints that means it wasn't rigged, right? Not necessarily, some could have been given more hints than others. According to Evel Dick the contestants were wearing ear pieces and nobody could hear what was being said via the earpiece except the person whose ear held the earpiece. Personally, I believe it was rigged, wouldn't be the first time, this was just more blatant than normal.

Corey & Nicole are (at the moment) planning to put V/P up. One of the Sitting Ducks will go home even if one comes down and James goes up because Corey would be the tie breaker. (V/P are going to be so mad, unless of course Nicorey changes their mind.)

P.S.
I think production wants a vet to win or at least make Final 2, just my opinion. Despite the meddling, it's still anybody!s guess.

Unknown said...

Corey needs to realize that if he makes it to final 2 with Nicole, she wins... So he should get her OUT!!!

Razldazlrr said...

Corey - ugh, ugh and ugh. that contest was definitely made for a tall athlete - victor or corey to win it

dianne - thanks for the info - makes sense

Susie said...

I am not smart enough to know they had ear pieces, I just thought they had clues to pick up that trough for the water and why they turned so fast for the key in the water. Yes it is over thank goodness.................

bbwatcher said...

I think it was on the after dark or on the show that Nicole said something like "I didn't know where the key was until they told me." I'm guessing "they" means production, well she was not going to win so not sure it really matters but I think they all got hints because it doesn't seem to me that they all could have figured that comp out since they are used to getting all the complete instructions for all comps.

UnionGrl said...

Let's let the conspiracies go okay? I'm sure they nudge but remember Corey is a visual person and an agile athlete so he just did good - enough said don't ya think?

We've turned the corner on fun so from here on out it's going to just keep getting better. All the final HGs are potential winners so it boils down to strategy and sheer dumb luck. Frankly as poorly as most of the women played this season (petty, whiny, jealous, boy-crazy, backstabbing users)Nicole deserves snaps for successfully navigating herself and her partner to the where they currently are. They are perfectly match in temperament and game skills. Corey laid low in the beginning but he is hitting his stride now. Nicole thinks and Corey executes, a winning combination.

bbwatcher said...

I think I'm more upset about the other houseguests not seeing that coming. Like jeff and jordan said that they are surprised the showmances weren't targeted sooner. Probably because of the women in the outs not being able to work together.

Dnev said...

I'm torn on what I want to happen. The part of me that loves strategy knows put up V/P and send one packing. Paul is the smart evict, because if on jury I wouldn't give the win to V simply because he was evicted twice, even if he did fight his way back in. But the dramatic part of me wants V/P up, James win Veto, use it on either, Nicole goes up and gets evicted...on Corey's HOH. Feeds gold!

Razldazlrr said...

true daniel - me too!! Honestly, I think Corey would probably be happy if some how Nicole got voted out.

that competition with the bug in their ear just seems wrong to me - it seems like corey must have had much better clues than paul

Razldazlrr said...

can you even imagine what some past players must be saying that played in rough and strategic games? they are probably feeling they could have won this season easy!! I know I keep saying it but it seems like every season the casting just gets worse - ugh

Unknown said...

I really hope the other casting director shows them how it's done. Because honestly, I agree with most people that the casting sucks.

Cymrugunn said...

So sad that Corey won...totally bummed. I was so rooting for Paul! IMHO Paul or Victor should win this game. They've both been playing it while others have been lounging around, making out or just on their vacation. I feel like I'm wasting 5.99 every month on live feeds.

I wish the producers would make some changes with the show. Why can't they elongate announcing how many votes each nominee has for eviction; this would help stop the 'voting with the house'. It's also fustrating that all the house guests are around the same age and were probably scouted. I get that it's a tv show and they want viewers, but it's getting to the point I don't even want to watch the show anymore. Diary rooms are scripted, house guests are afraid to make big moves and everyone is in their 20's or 30's.

Miss the good old days of big brother, when the house was diverse in age and the house guests didn't look at it as a vacation....

Rant over :)

The houseguests keep getting helped by production. Corey definitely did not scan the room before grabbing the pipes with the correct shapes. He went straight for it. Nicole said, "That's nice to know" before walking to the water jug. Why would she say that? It only makes sense to say that if she just found out to use the water. If they all got help, Production decided to help them at different stages of that competition. Perhaps Natalie got help with the catapult (she had the most difficulties there). Corey got help in the first room. Everyone went to the lockers first, found the hook and chain, and attempted to retrieve the key that way. That's logical. I'm looking for something, so let me look in the storage. Logically, Corey would have done the same thing, but he immediately went for one of the correct bars (there were incorrect bars; I saw one with a triangle). James probably got the same clue as Nicole did about the water, but he misinterpreted it, since he didn't know that the key was under the grate. Production probably wanted Paul to fail for the sake of comedy, and boy did that pay off! I haven't laughed that hard in a while. I'm not sure if or how Victor got help. Maybe production would have given him a clue with the catapult, but he wasn't there for long.

Unknown said...

I am not so bothered that the BB guests got help on the MacGyver challenge as long as all of them got the same help equally and here's why: that was an intense challenge to do in a short amount of time and it would have taken longer to do without the help. What I resent is when production seems to be helping one contestant more than others i.e. Amanda in season 15. Once rumors surfaced that Amanda was friends with Alison Grodner outside the House, the help stopped.

Angelface said...

If they helped one they helped all including Natalie, so, since we don't know how when or why help was given its a pointless thing to keep hashing. But I did notice the grabbing of the clamps for the bomb balls was noted before being said, or it was just really bad editing.

I just think anyone that makes it to finals deserves to win, here's something that may surprise a few, but all the HGs lazed around, weather sitting anywhere or laying in the same place, they don't have much to do. Just saying there was no major difference between the back yard lay outs or sitting around the tub, to sitting around beds.
Getting to the end is the goal, can't fault any player on how they got there.
And Paulie and Frank were so hopping around and messing with people, most were lucky they did not get lumped into a lot. When Day, said to James we need to split the couples, he told the guys, at which point 3 were solid pairs. So those guys started to protect there girls, yes even Paulie, he tried to get Paul to back off Z, which coused Paul to burn Paulie. After that the two remaining pairs stayed out of the way, managed to remain. But I still believe a duo is a duo no mattter what the gender. All these years, they go after the showmance duos, but every single duo is a threat.

Unknown said...

@angelface - agree with you completely. I think I am the only one sometimes that think it's exciting that Corey laid low for most of the season and is now rising to take out either Paul or Vic. Its getting fun to me. One of them is going home. I think any of the five left could or should win.

Susie said...

I said i quit but have been reading Jamie and peaking at the show, Paulie sure has an ego for nothing but I am leaning for Victor to win bc of being kicked out twice and coming back plus he wins comps, he did not lay in bed for 3 mos riding Nicole..............for America's Favorite Player I will vote for some one else though................

FEMily! said...

The McGyver competition took longer than expected because there were technical problems during Natalie's run. It probably wouldn't have taken all that long for the houseguests to complete it without help.
