Veto Players Picked (UPDATED)

Updated: **NICOLE WON VETO**

Good morning/afternoon, BB peeps! No Overnighter today since there wasn't much that happened overnight. We're getting to the point in the season where not much happens, mix that with a cast that hasn't done much all season and well..there's just not much to blog about some days. lol

The Have Nots for the week are:
VICTOR and COREY

They were the first 2 to drop from the HOH wall comp on Thursday night, so they're the Have Nots this week.

The plan this week (as of now) is to target Michelle. Meanwhile, James/Nat think that Paul is this weeks target. (Nicole/Corey/Paul/Victor are all working together as we all know.) Nicole is hoping that Victor wins Veto today and pulls Paul off the block, which would mean that she has to renom either Natalie or James by default. Corey wants Natalie to be the renom if that's the case.

Veto Players were already picked this morning.

Playing for Veto today are:
Nicole/Michelle/Paul/Victor/James/Corey
Natalie is hosting.

The Veto Comp will take place sometime this afternoon. I won't be able to update the blog until very late this evening as I'm taking the weekend off to decompress and enjoy one of the last few weekends of the summer. If you can't wait until then, you have a couple of options: you can go snag up your 1 free week of the live feeds and find out as soon as the feeds come back on or you can join the blog's Facebook group for the latest spoilers. See y'all tonight! Enjoy your Saturday!! :D

Enjoy your time off! :)

If James was smart he would win this instead of throwing it like he does so often. He could keep noms the same and keep himself and Natalie safe. But we'll see.

Nic is running scenarios thru her mind, saying that if Mich goes this week, there could be a tie next HOH. Later Corey talks about next HOH being a tie. I must not be thinking clearly because after Mich or whoever is evicted Thursday, that leave six HG (two will be on the block and one will be HOH). That leaves three to vote, right?
In the past, we haven't seen Nic talking game but maybe we just haven't been privy to her and Corey's game talk (or should I say Nic's because I don't see Corey really knowing anything ab out the game). But, her conversations in HOH room shows her talking strategy, finally. Now she mentioned to Corey that maybe she wants Paul or Vic out "because they can now".
I am probably rooting for Vic as #1 but it would be the best game play for anyone to get Vic or Paul out because they are definitely the strongest players.
Paul is paranoid and doesn't like being on the block? If Nic puts anyone else up with Mich, Corey will vote with Paul & Vic to get out whoever the replacement nom is if Nat or James is up and Nic will be SOL.
So disgusted with James saying he would take the $5K to drop HOH? Plus, he keeps talking like he knows he will get AFP. Honestly, James, you are in there to win $500K, not take bribes here and there.

I told you Nic has some aces up her sleeve. The smartest thing to do is put Victor up and get him out finally. If he stays he wins - no question. Michelle is a non-entity and no threat (except her poison tongue) and can be dealt with later. The downside is that Paul will freak and could join up with Nat/James - but still...Vic is just too strong, he has to go!

No UnionGrl, Nicole DOES have aces up her sleeve, but she wants to keep Vic and get rid of Michelle, as she should.

You don't keep the person who has all season said she wants you out but evict the guys who aren't targeting you.

Especially if you think a double elimination is coming up next. Nicole is actually surprising me with how strategic she's being.

Nicole is an idiot! If you playing for the money at this stage of the game you have to get the strong competitors out now. I would either evict Paul or back door Voctor. Michelle is weak it would be a total waste HOH. At the same time it's not surprising to me, as I said she is a whinny idiot!
Go Victor!

Keeping vic and paul is a great decision. James is sketchy and has shown that last week by questioning them about their alliance when james was considering keeping vic. Michelle wants to put nicole up if she wins hoh. If paul goes, vic will not protect nicole and she can't play in the next hoh. The only one she could count on is corey, who isn't really playing. Anyone else wins and at least one, if not both, of nicorey are going up. With both paul and Victor staying, those two are much bigger targets if jatalie does win hoh next week. One goes, the other still trusts nicorey and a force to get out jatalie. Without paul and vic, nicole is alone, carrying corey along as he sleeps through.

@missy ... Agree 100%.

The most idiotic thing I have ever heard was Nicole telling Corey that he is one of the all time great BB players. He has literally done nothing. It's really not fair to bring evicted players back, but they did and if Victir wins it all it's okay with me, can't stand Nic or Paul.

I think Nicole's thinking in targeting Meech is sound and good strategy and not personal in the least. Because Meech has played an awful social game she got personal and let Nicole know she was not a fan. If Paul went home this week and Victor the next, it would just be the two couples with Meech which would give Meech a lot of power as the swing person, and Nicole knows that Meech would align with James and Natalie. When women make strategic moves it is often seen as personal by sexists. Nicole's judgement here is sound. She has a better chance with the liars Victor and Paul than the hateful Meech.

If Nicole back doors James, everyone in the jury house will love her. They'll be like, wow Nicole woke up this week! She'll have four out of five required jury votes. She can convince Corey to be that final jury vote if she decides to take Victor or Paul to final 2. If Corey wants her to win, he will become that final jury vote. If that's the scenario, she'll have Paulie's, Zakiyah's, Bridgette's, Da'vonne's, and Corey's votes. I don't want Nicole to win, but maybe I wouldn't mind her winning if she actually does something with her HoH.
